Tuesday 4/29/09, we drilled all the holes before applying the final primer.

After carefully aligning everything, it's time to drill. Ken used a clip to make a template before drilling.

Half of the door skin was fabricated
I made a print of a photo to make sure we place things correctly
Problem! The stainless steel cover is supposed to meet the molding flush. Ken will have to modify it.
Ken mixing some paint to get a sample of the "Blanc Carrare" according to a formula. Looks like it is not quite matching. The paint will be matched later before painting.
