The rear plate was very rusted and bent.









As well as the light holders.








After sand blasting most of the rust and using a rust encapsulator...




After a nice coat of satin black.

The new plate coming from France. Restoring the US export plate would have been too expensive. The owner preferred to have a brand new European plate.




After soldering new connectors.


I had to cut the plate to fit the European back plate.


Finally, everything is put together.
